Alicia Villa is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and mental health leader dedicated to creating spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. With experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, Alicia provides compassionate and culturally responsive care that honors each person’s unique experiences, values, and goals.
Alicia has supported individuals navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, relationships, identity, self-esteem, and personal growth. She has a passion for supporting women through seasons of change, including challenges related to self-worth, relationships, motherhood, and finding balance in their personal and professional lives. Her work with younger clients focuses on helping children and adolescents build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence as they navigate their developmental journey.
As a bilingual clinician and first-generation Mexican-American, Alicia recognizes the important role culture, identity, family, and community play in the healing process. Her approach combines evidence-based practices with empathy, authenticity, and respect to create a safe environment where clients can explore their experiences, strengthen their resilience, and work toward meaningful change.
In addition to her clinical work, Alicia is passionate about expanding access to mental health care through community partnerships, education, and advocacy. She believes every person deserves support that honors their story and provides the foundation for healing, growth, and connection.
