Rebeca Padilla, LMSW

Rebeca Padilla, LMSW, is a bilingual Licensed Master Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals, families, and adolescents navigate life’s challenges and achieve emotional well-being. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work, specializing in Mental Health and Substance Abuse, from the University of Texas at Arlington. Originally from Mexico and a Texas resident for more than 25 years, Rebeca brings a culturally responsive approach to therapy and a strong commitment to serving diverse communities. Her experience includes providing behavioral health services, supporting refugees and immigrants, and advocating for individuals and families facing mental health and life challenges. Rebeca offers a compassionate, supportive environment where clients can build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful personal growth through evidence-based and strengths-based practices.
